Can I see the Secret Garden on this route?

Yes, if you secure the appropriate garden visit and adjust the day around its time. The palace block here is not a promise of garden access. Reduce Ikseondong browsing or move the market meal later; do not simply add the tour to an already fixed two-hour palace visit.

Which day should I avoid for the palaces?

Gyeongbokgung usually closes Tuesday and Changdeokgung Monday. Holidays can shift closures, so use the dated official notices. If your stay includes both days, place the two palace routes on suitable dates first, then fit the Yongsan day around museum availability.

Is Seoul Tower essential in poor weather?

No. Check the view and operating conditions before buying observatory or cable-car tickets. Keep the museum day as its own worthwhile outing, then choose dinner near your hotel if cloud, heavy rain or fatigue makes the hilltop visit unappealing. Transport and observation admission are separate decisions.
