What this planner does not know
It does not read live flight or train schedules, delays, baggage times, immigration queues, routes, traffic or hotel policies. The buffer and transfer estimates are yours.
Confirm every schedule with the carrier, calculate transfers for the actual terminals and verify check-in or luggage storage with the hotel. Add more margin for international arrivals or accessibility needs.
Worked example
Two arrivals, one 3 PM hotel meetup.
These are the planner's illustrative starting values, not real flight schedules or a hotel policy. All times are destination-local on November 10, 2026. Each traveler has a 30-minute arrival buffer.
- Traveler 1: arrives 11 AM
- 11 AM + 30-minute buffer + 45-minute transfer = ready at the hotel at 12:15 PM. Wait until meetup: 2 hr 45 min.
- Traveler 2: arrives 1 PM
- 1 PM + 30-minute buffer + 35-minute transfer = ready at the hotel at 2:05 PM. Wait until meetup: 55 min.
Everyone can reach the hotel by 2:05 PM, but check-in is 3 PM. The suggested meetup is the later of those two times: 3 PM. The hotel constraint adds 55 minutes; total group waiting is 3 hr 40 min, the sum of both travelers' waits, not one shared wait.
